Rakhi Sunish
Co-Founder · Yoga Director
A dedicated practitioner and teacher, Rakhi brings warmth, precision and a transformative approach to every class. Her expertise spans Hatha, Ashtanga, Aerial Yoga, Meditation, Group Healing and Therapeutic Yoga.
Radhika Narayan
Co-Founder · Dance Director
With over two decades of training in Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam, Radhika is a celebrated instructor and choreographer committed to the preservation and evolution of classical dance arts in Dubai.
"Soham" I Am That. The recognition that your deepest self is not separate from all that exists around you.
"Soham" is the mantra of the natural breath "So" on the inhale, "Ham" on the exhale. At Soham UAE, every practice whether a warrior pose or a dance step is an invitation back to wholeness.
