1. Health Declaration and Safety

Participants must inform Soham of any injuries, medical conditions, or recent surgeries.
Consult a medical professional before starting any exercise program.
Soham is not liable for injuries or health complications.
Personal health or accident insurance is recommended.

2. Payments and Refunds

All fees must be paid in full upon enrollment.
Fees are non-refundable except in case of illness with medical proof.
Packages and memberships are non-transferable.
No adjustments for missed classes.

3. Cancellations and Missed Classes

Soham may cancel classes if necessary.
Missed classes are not refundable.

4. Membership and Packages

All packages have an expiry date and must be used within the validity period.

5. Studio Etiquette

Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of membership.

6. Personal Property

Soham is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Valuables should be kept at home.

7. Liability Waiver

Participants release Soham from liability for injuries or damages.
This includes risks related to physical activity.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved amicably.
Unresolved disputes are subject to UAE arbitration laws.

9. Changes to Services

Soham reserves the right to modify schedules, pricing, or services.

Personal data is handled according to applicable data protection laws.
Information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

11. Intellectual Property and Media

All content, choreography, and teaching materials belong to Soham.
Media captured may be used for promotion unless opted out in writing.

12. Health and Safety Compliance

Participants must follow all safety instructions.
Non-compliance may lead to removal from class.

13. Child Supervision

Children under 16 must be supervised unless enrolled in a kids program.
Soham is not responsible outside class hours.

14. Dress Code

Comfortable and appropriate attire is required.

15. Personal Conduct

Abusive behavior will result in immediate removal.

16. Booking and Scheduling

All sessions must be booked in advance.
Waitlists may apply.

17. Use of Facilities

Facilities may only be used during authorized times.
Cleanliness is mandatory.

18. External Instructors

Workshops may carry additional terms.

19. Force Majeure

Soham is not liable for disruptions due to uncontrollable events.

20. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.

21. Acceptance of Terms
